Company History
From GTL Global’s IP and technology commercialization origin in 2006 to GTL Korea’s establishment in 2013 and its evolution into F.I.T Deal Advisory
GTL Korea traces its origin to the intellectual property and technology commercialization business launched by GTL Global in 2006. In 2013, GTL Korea Co., Ltd. was established through a corporate spin-off from GTL Global, inheriting and advancing the group’s accumulated capabilities in IP, technology commercialization, global business development, and strategic advisory.
GTL Korea has focused on transforming patents, technologies, and innovation assets into executable business opportunities, investment structures, licensing transactions, patent and technology transactions, and global partnerships.
With cumulative patent, technology transaction, and commercialization-related advisory experience exceeding USD 100M, GTL Korea operates today as a F.I.T-based Business Transaction & Deal Advisory firm, integrating Finance, IP, and Technology to support technology commercialization, strategic growth, investment readiness, deal structuring, and global market development.
