Personal data is processed to receive, review, and respond to inquiries, to support commercialization discussions, and to manage related records and follow-up communication. Data is used only within the stated purposes.

Required: name, email, inquiry type, inquiry content.

Optional: organization, phone, role, country, and information you voluntarily provide.

For service delivery, inquiry processing, security, and error handling, limited technical information may be processed, including the submission-page address and browser environment information such as the User-Agent. The Company manages such information so that it does not exceed what is necessary for these purposes and continues to apply data-minimization measures.

The Company does not store full query strings or fragments and does not store the full browser User-Agent for new inquiries.

Personal data is processed on the basis of your consent. Explicit consent to collection and use is obtained at Secure Intake submission. You may decline consent; in that case, inquiry submission may be limited.

Collected personal data is retained for three (3) years from the date of receipt. Where law prescribes a separate retention obligation, that period applies.

Once the retention period expires or the purpose is fulfilled, personal data is destroyed (deleted) by a secure method without delay or irreversibly anonymized. Electronic files are deleted in a non-recoverable manner.

The Company does not provide personal data to third parties except as required by law or with your separate consent.

The Company may entrust parts of personal-data processing to trusted processors to the extent necessary for operating the service, with the supervision required by applicable law.

This website and Secure Intake are delivered through Cloudflare global infrastructure (edge network, Pages, D1). Accordingly, some data may be processed or stored on infrastructure outside the Republic of Korea. The Company ensures that appropriate safeguards apply.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. Requests may be sent to the privacy contact (ceo@gtlkorea.com); the Company will act without undue delay as required by law.

The Company applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access control, encryption in transit, and data-minimization (minimal collection and retention).

This site uses only technologies essential for service delivery and security. An essential anti-bot / security technology (Cloudflare Turnstile) may be used to protect Secure Intake. No advertising, behavioral advertising or non-essential analytics cookies are used.

This service is intended for business and institutional inquiries and is not directed to children. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
